 Description of Rotary Kiln

A rotary kiln is a rotating calcining kiln, which belongs to the construction equipment. According to the different materials handled, the rotary kiln can a cement kiln, metallurgy chemical kiln and lime kiln. While according to different uses, Xinguang rotary kiln can be ceramic kiln, metallurgy rotary kiln, chemical rotary kiln and lime kiln.

Cylinder is welded by automatic welding machine;
 The steel plate is of different thickness in different section, the plate is thickened in the load-bearing part;
 Use Manganese steel   in high temperature section.

 Ceramic rotary kiln is a inner heating medium temperature (950 ℃~1050 ℃) rotary kiln calcining kaolin clay. It can be used for paper making and paint industries.

 Metallurgy chemical kiln is mainly used in steel plants for the roasting of depleted iron ore, chromium, nickel and iron ore; or be used in refractory plant to firing high metallurgical ore; also used in Aluminum Plant for firing aluminum and clinker, aluminum hydroxide ; as well as used in Chemical Plant baking chrome sand and chrome powder.

 Chemical rotary kiln is mainly used for chemical clinker production with dry and wet process. Chemical kiln is mainly used in metallurgical industry for the roasting of depleted iron ore, chromium, nickel and iron ore; or be used in refractory plant to firing high metallurgical ore; also used in Aluminum Plant for firing aluminum and clinker, aluminum hydroxide ; as well as used in Chemical Plant baking chrome sand and chrome powder.

 Cement kiln is mainly used for calcining cement clinker with dry and wet process. It can be used in metallurgy industy for Magnetic roasting of depleted iron ore or Oxidizing roasting of chromium, nickel; or used in refractory plant for high alumina bauxite ore roasting, aslo be used in aluminum plant for the roasting of clinker, aluminum hydroxide; as well as used in chemical plant for firing chromium sand/powder.

 Lime kiln or active lime rotary kiln is used for firing active lime and light burned dolomite used in steel mills or ferroalloy plant.
