 The Machine Structure and Work Principle
Pomace dryer is mainly composed of heat source, feeder, rotating cylinder, discharging machine, induced draft fan, unloader and distribution cabinet. The dehydrated pomace or bean dregs enter the dryer and flipped uniformly by the lifting board in the drying cylinder and thoroughly exposed to uniformly dispersed hot-air in the dryer, speeding up the heat transfer. During the process of drying, pomace and bean dregs get to the star discharge valve on the other end and the dried products are discharged under the action of slant lifting plate and heat medium. The selection of process parameters of production line and the equipment technical parameters and structures are concluded after serious analysis and research of the pomace and bean dregs, and obtained by the practical bean dregs drying test. In the program design, we take full account of the features of the pomace, such as high moisture and protein content and large viscosity, and adopt a series of unique technique and process to solve them in order to ensure good drying effect.

7.The whole system has good seal performance, and equipped with perfect dust removal device, no dust spillover, so the operating environment is good.
8.The whole drying system using electric centralized control, hot-wind temperature can be adjusted automatically, high degree of automation and convenient operation.
9.After drying section, it can be followed by subsequent sections such as crushing, mixing, granulating, packaging etc, to produce bean dregs pellet feed.
